At the Outlets at Tejon, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. As part of the normal operation of our services, we collect and, in some cases, disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about you and what may happen to that information.

What Information Do We Collect?
In order to use certain services provided on the site or to participate in sweepstakes or similar promotional programs, you will need to register with us. When you register, we will gather such information as your name, mailing address and email address, and demographic information, such as zip code, age, or income level. We may also track certain information about how you use our website. In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information about you. This information includes the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you go to next (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. Many sites automatically collect this information.

SMS PROGRAM
When you opt-in to Tejon's SMS texting alert service, we will send an SMS message to your mobile device to confirm your enrollment. By doing so, you are authorizing Tejon, its service providers and affiliated companies to deliver or cause to be delivered promotional text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system. You are not required to receive promotional text messages (directly or indirectly), or enter into an agreement to receive promotional text messages as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services. Message & data rates may apply to the service. " You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 99000. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 99000. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. As always, standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency depends on the user's interaction. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

A Note To Parents and Children 13 and Younger
The Outlets at Tejon recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of children. We support and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and other laws. The Outlets at Tejon website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We ask that those 13 years of age or less, not use the Outlets at Tejon's website. Our website does not accept registration from children under the age of 13. No personally identifiable information is purposefully or knowingly collected from children under the age of 13 by the Outlets at Tejon website without parental consent. We expect all information provided by online users to be truthful and correct regarding age and other information provided.

How Do We Use It? / Purpose of Use
We use your information in a number of ways. For example, we conduct internal research on our user's demographics, interests, and site usage, to better understand and serve you. If you opt in, we may share user information with businesses affiliated with The Outlets at Tejon. They may use this information as we would, and you may occasionally receive product and service information from them. We may also use your information to deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests. In the future, we may make our email address list available to carefully screened companies/third parties, whose products/services may be of interest to you. Should we intend to use personal information for a purpose other than those listed above, we will announce so in advance to the relevant people, or to the public. We will not use personal information for any purpose other than the purposes mentioned above.

Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our shoppers who are California residents to request and obtain from TRCC/ROCK once a year, free of charge, information about the personally identifiable information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the "Shine the Light" requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response. Also note that under California law, businesses are only required to respond to a shopper’s request once during any calendar year. California Residents
Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the following rights:
The right to request information about personal information that we have collected about that customer in the twelve months preceding the customer’s request (including the categories of information collected, the source of that information, the business purpose of that collection, the categories of third parties with whom that information is shared, and the specific pieces of personal information collected about that particular customer);
The right to receive requested information in a readily usable format if provided electronically;
The right to request that we delete any personal information about the consumer that we have collected (although we may be entitled to retain some information for certain purposes); and

If you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell your personal data at any time (the “right to opt-out”). We do not sell the personal data of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the “right to opt-in”) from either the consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a consumer less than 13 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to personal data sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal data sales.

We cannot respond to your request to access or delete information unless we are able to both verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you and/or your household. If you have an account on our website, we will verify your identity by having you log in to your account. If you do not have an account on our website, we will attempt to verify your request by asking you to provide identifying information that we will match to information in our files. We will only use information you provide in your request for the purpose of verifying your identity or authority to make the request. You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Your agent will need to provide a Power of Attorney authorizing the agent to act on your behalf, or will need to complete the same verification procedures that would be required for a request submitted by you directly, and provide information that allows us to verify your authorization. We may deny deletion requests in whole or in part as permitted or required by applicable law.
